Our business specializes in creating custom-made products, tailored to each customer’s unique specifications. Due to the highly personalized nature of these items, we have implemented a specific return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our company. This policy is designed to align with industry standards and address the unique challenges associated with custom manufacturing.

Policy: Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Custom Orders (General Rule):

  • Personalized Specifications: Each order is manufactured according to the precise measurements, design choices, and preferences provided by the customer. This level of customization renders the product unsuitable for resale or reuse by other customers.
  • Production Costs: Significant resources, including materials, labor, and time, are invested in the production of each custom order. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for reasons related to customer preference or changes of mind after the order has entered the production phase.

Exception: Manufacturing Defects and Quality Assurance:

  • Definition of Manufacturing Defect: A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in the product’s construction or materials that deviates from the agreed-upon specifications or compromises its intended function. This excludes normal variations in materials or minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance.
  • Reporting Period: Customers must report any suspected manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving their order. This timeframe allows us to investigate the issue promptly and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Verification Process: Upon receiving a defect report, we will request detailed photographs or videos of the issue. In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for physical inspection.
  • Resolution Options:
    • Repair: If the defect is repairable, we will arrange for the product to be repaired at our expense.
    • Replacement: If repair is not feasible or the defect is significant, we will manufacture a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
    • Refund (Limited Circumstances): In exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible or practical, we may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion. This decision will be based on the severity of the defect and the circumstances surrounding the order.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Our policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or minor abrasions that occur over time.
  • Misuse or Improper Care: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions will not be covered.
  • Third-Party Alterations: Any alterations or modifications made to the product by a third party will void any warranty or eligibility for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by our company. For returns unrelated to manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as “final sale” are typically not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective.
